TPS63001: TPS63001 power consumption in shutdown mode

Hello,

how much is the power consumption (µA) from TPS63001 voltage regulator in shutdown mode?

We need this Information before we start an battery powered project.

    Hi Christian,

    The input current in shutdown mode is 0.1 µA typical and 1 µA maximum for the TPS63001, as shown in the datasheet.

    If low power consumption is your main requirement, you might also take a look at the TPS63802. It is a similarly specified device, but with lower Isd and Iq, therefore more suitable for battery powered applications.
