TPS22965: The slew rate accuracy of TPS22965/22966

Hi

I have a question about SR time of TPS22965 and TPS22966.
My customer would like to know the slew rate accuracy of those devices.
Could you tell me them?

    Hi Yokota,

    The TPS22965 and TPS22966 are devices with adjustable slew rates. The slew rate value will change depending on their set up.

    Some slew rate values of the TPS22965 and TPS22966 can be found in the switching characteristics section of the datasheets.

    Some factors that affect Slew rate:

    • Input voltage
    • On pin Voltage
    • Bias Voltage
    • Load Resistance
    • CT pin capacitor

    Hi Yokota,

    I haven't heard from you in a few days. I hope you were able to fix your issue.

    I would like to suggest a couple more things regarding these devices and provide other resources to address your question with more detail.

    The TPS22965 and TPS22966 are some older devices and we now have newer versions of these devices. The TPS22975 and TPS22976 are the newer version and i would recommend taking a look at them.

    To my other point, I would like to help you further clarify factors that affect the slew rate. This document provides details of the timing of a load switch.
