We tried to apply 48V @2A input to enable TPS26600PWPR according to following schematics, but failed (no outputs) with circuit protection. What's the problem and how to adjust sub circuits design?

Hello Rocky.
We are looking into this and will get back in couple of days.
Hello Rocky,
With R140=1.18M, R142=20k and R146=30.1k, the OVP cut-off is 48.6V and very close to operating voltage. You can check by reducing input voltage to 45V or increasing R140 to 1.24M.
Hello Rocky,
