My customer follow the following steps to learning
Bq34z100-g1 with 8S1P cell. My test procedure is as bellows:
1. Room temperature test:
(1) firstly discharge the two batteries to 24V at room temperature and let them stand for 2 hours
(2) use the charger to fully charge the battery
(3) leave at room temperature for 2 hoursf
(4) put it in a 25-degree temperature box and let it stand for 2 hours
(5) discharge from 5C to 24V
(6) let stand for 5 hours
2. Cryogenic test:
(1) firstly lower the two batteries to 24V at room temperature and let them stand for 2 hours
(2) use the charger to fully charge the battery
(3) leave at room temperature for 2 hours
(4) put in a -10 ℃ temperature box and let stand for 2 hours
(5) discharge from 5C to 24V
(6) let stand for 5 hours
attached the data and report
From the report we can see T Time Constant 11464791, T Rise 738061.61 these parameters are too large and out of the register data range 0~32767.
