I am checking the device LMZM23600. As per datasheet, there is body marking indicated but as i search the photo of the actual unit from search engines, i cannot find the markings indicated on the datasheet.
May i know where to find the marking on the actual unit?
Hello Jennifer,
The top mark is located next to the inductor, "south" from the pin 1 indicator.
You will need magnification to be able to read it.

Thank you so much for this information. The space is quite small for the top markings from the datasheet to fit in.

You are right. The TXN number is for internal information which is marked at a panel level and you won't actually see on a part.
The individual device identifier is 4K, or 4L, or 4J, depending on which output voltage option you have.This device identifier code is etched in the block I highlighted in green below:
The other blocks contain other characters used for internal traceability.
