Yone-san,

During the dead time the low side body diode is conducting and you may see additional voltage drop exceeding -0.3 V. Additionally there will be sone additional voltage undershoot on the fallen edge. The specification is -5.0 V for 10 nsec. Your time are only slightly longer and the voltage drops far less than -5.0 V. Also, the jitter does not appear to be excessive. I do not see any issue with those waveforms.
