Hi team

I checked the status of detection and operation when over temperature in datasheet as the below.

Are Tj.trip and Tsd the same?

The maximum value of Tj is displayed at 150°C.

Is there a problem if Tj.trip exceeds this temperature?

Hi Charles,

You can regard them as the same.

Tj.trip is a temperature that design to protect device from destroy., so Tj.trip is ever lower than 150.

It's influenced by the sensor‘s precision. You can treat it as 150.

Do you mean the sensor that is built into the IC?

Can I think of it as a fixed 150 degrees?
