BQ25703A: cannot charge

Dear TI Experts,

I am using BQ25703A and meet with some problems need your suggestion:

1.When the system is powered on,bq25703A is connected with battery,everything is OK.I power off the system and use DC source to supply,everything is OK, I take away the DC source,and use DC source again ,bq25703A cannot charge

2.Firstly I use DC source to supply,bq25703A is connected with battery,everything is OK.I power off the system,everything is OK.I use DC source again,bq25703A cannot charge

LDO voltge is always 6V. it seems that  with and without DC source clear the register. Do you have any sugestions about it,here is the sch:

    Hey Qianqian,

    Can you please provide a register readout for the BQ25703A when you see the correct behavior and when you see the unexpected behavior? 

    And what do you mean by "OK" in the following statement? Does the device charge to your expected current?

    As far as your schematic, I will ask that your follow the recommended schematic configuration in the BQ25703AEVM user's guide. There are several items on your schematic that could cause improper operation in the charger. Please review your schematic against the document linked, and make changes accordingly.
