They are looking for alternative device for RS1E260AT(Rohm).

Does TI have alternative device for RS1E260AT?

Hello Ryo Akashi,

Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customers. The RS1E260AT is a -30V P-channel FET with 3.1mOhm rds(on) in a 5x6mm QFN-type package. TI does make some P-channel FETs but we don't have anything in same package, with the same voltage rating (our closest is -20V) and rds(on).
