Hi Onyx,

I updated the BQ studio at the latest version and wanted to do learning cycle again, but I found the system will automatically run into last stage without any notification, see the video attached. I set the correct parameters to the data memory as it should be. Such as quit current, charge/discharge threshold, taper current. And I have already set charging voltage is 4350mV in the data memory but why the learning cycle control shows the charging voltage is 4200mV?

Another things is how to unseal the gauge, I clicked the sealed command on the BQstudio by mistake, and I tried to unseal it by click unseal and input the unseal key36720414 according to the TRM, but it doesn't work. And I didn't do any change code things.

    Hi 

    Pls don't use the learning cycle plug in to do the learning. It is buggy and doesn't work all the time. You can control charge and discharge manually by turning on and off your power supply and electronic load or write a script to control it. Alternatively, you could use our tool gdk to do the learning cycle.

    If you didn't change the code, the default keys will be the same. Close bqstudio and then restart it. Then click the unseal command button in the command window. The default keys is already contained in the button. After the device is unsealed, then click the full access button as well to put the device in full access mode.

    Hi Onyx,

    I feel a little confused. You mean i do not use the learning cycle on the BQstudio, just simulate a learning process: relax-discharge-relax-charging-relax-discharge at the recommend rate with the electric tools, right? By the way, GDK is ordered and will be delivered here within 2 weeks. I just want try manual learning cycle before it.

    I did the process to unseal the chip but it dose not work. Is it default code to unseal is 36720414 as defined in the TRM. If it really doesn't work, any other solution to solve the problem?

    Hi

    Yes, do it manually using your charger and load. Do not use the learning cycle plug in. When you get your gdk, you can use the gdk plug in to control the gdk. That works just fine.

    Can you sent a snippet of your register screen. The default codes works if your didn't change the passcode.
