Our design capacity is 4660mAh, FCC has reached 4726mAh, SOH should be 4726/4660*100%>100%, and now SOH is only 97%. We found SOH to use 'SOH FC@25°C Q'(4524mAh)/4660mAh =97%
please help confirm:
1. Please analyze what causes SOH to fail to reach 100%. How do I need to set it?
1. What is the actual calculation formula for SOH?
2. Why is the value of 'SOH FC@25°C Q' not equal to the FCC value? What is the factor?
3. I checked the reference manual of BQ27750. Please confirm the effect of the SOH Load Rate value of 12.6.1.1 on the calculation of SOH.
4, SOH Load Rate The maximum setting value in the reference manual is 255, but when we set 50, this value pops up above the design maximum, as shown below:
