If I have 15 cells, one cell is 100mv lower than other batteries.
How should we balance this time?

Also, the balance between vc0-vc5, vc6-vc10, vc11-vc15?

Hi Vickers,

This depends on the balancing algorithm you decide to use. Passive balancing can only deplete the charge on the higher cells in order to bring all cell voltages close together. Balancing during charge is most common; some algorithms balance during rest as well.
