Calculate current limit need to refer low-side RDS(ON) value.
The electrical characteristics shows RDS(ON)=2mR. BUT datasheet P.25 shows 10A use 1.7mR; 30A use 1.5mR.
Why had this tolerance?
RDS(ON) of MOS is positive temperature coefficient, why RDS(ON) will reduce when current increase?
