UCC28950: about brownout for VDD

I checked on my EVM that the UCC28950 switches normally down to its UVLO level and that the switching stops cleanly.

Here you can see that the OUTx signals stop cleanly as the Vcc falls below the UVLO threshold. Yel: OUTA, Red: OUTB, Blu: OUTC, Grn: OUTD.

I'd like to see the customer waveforms - can you post them here.

When VDD is between from UVLO_FTH to 8V after start, does it operating normally?

Yes - if VDD has already exceeded UVLO_RTH it will continue operating so long as VDD stays above UVLO_FTH - this includes VDD = 8V. There is 600mV hysteresis between the UVLO_RTH and UCLO_FTH levels.
