Thank you for the interest in the UCC27212A-Q1 half-bridge driver.

The reflow temperatures are based on the package thickness and volume. The UCC27212A-Q1 is 1.7mm thick and the volume is 34mm³. Based on this the peak reflow temperature is 260 ^oC.
