We are using bq76930 as AFE. During the charging process, we found the over current protection doesn't happen when the current bigger than the threashold. BTW, OCP for discharging is working very well.

Hi David,
The BQ76930 does not have an overcurrent charge (OCC) protection feature. The hardware supported overcurrent protection is for discharge (OCD). In a system with the BQ769x0 family devices a OCC protection can be implemented with the MCU or gauge using the values read from the coulomb counter, it is a slower average value type limit.
