Hi,

Could you please help us with the following question,

I have a question about the following N-MOSFETs
- CSD19537Q3
- CSD19538Q2
- CSD19538Q3A

Do these types have an integrated ESD protection at the gate?
Unfortunately there is nothing in the data sheet about this.
Are there any exact specifications (dielectric strength, HBM, CDM etc.)?

For the FemtoFETs, there is information on this in the data sheet.

    Hi Needhu,

    Thanks for the inquiry. Not all of our FETs include ESD gate protection diodes (single-ended or back-to-back). If it is included, you will see it listed in the Features on the first page of the datasheet and also in the device schematic diagram. ESD protection diodes are most often included in the FETs that are optimized for load switch applications such as the FemtoFETs. Below are the ESD ratings for the devices listed in your inquiry.

    • CSD19537Q3 passed 750V HBM & 2kV CDM
    • CSD19538Q2 passed 250V HBM & 2kV CDM
    • CSD19538Q3A passed 250V HBM & 2kV CDM
