BQ27520-G4: Questions on Programming and Updating

I have a few procedure questions below to make sure we are taking the right steps:

1. I have connected the EV2400 to the bq27520 (on our board) over i2c. I am able to read registers, run commands and upload a battery chemistry to the bq27520 via the EV2400. Once I have uploaded a chemistry to the bq27520 I issue a Reset Command, IT Enable Command and Sealed Command. I then run the our board though charge / discharge cycles however the True SOC stays at 100% or 0%. The first time I ran a charge / discharge cycle the SOC was reported and looked correct however.
   1. Is this the correct process? If not can you please provide the correct process for updating the chemistry file on a bq27520 via the EV2400.

2. Additionally, I am writing a script that will program the “Golden Image” onto our bq27520 while on the production line.I have found I am able to use the EV2400 to extract a Golden Image. The tool creates a .srec file, .bq.fs file and a df.fs file. 
   1. Can you please provide the process for flashing these files onto a bq27520?
3. Through trial and error I have got several devices stuck in the ROM mode.

1. Can you please provide instructions on how to take a device out of ROM mode?
