If you would like to get light load data, I would need to have this tested in the lab, but before that I would like to have you answer some specific questions regarding how you plan to configure this device.
Please answer the following for the efficiency datapoint you want:
1. VIN = ?
2. VOUT = ?
3. IOUT = ?
4. Switching frequency = ?
Do you want this tested with on the EVM with the stock BOM (schematic below).
If not please answer what component choice you would like based on the schematic above and its corresponding reference designators:
R6 = ?
R2 = ?
