Sorry I made a mistake.

It's AOZ82328.

I have found alternatives it's TPD4E004DRYR.

Is it ok to replace TPD4E004DRYR? (don't ask for the same size now)

Hello,

The TPD4E004 device will perform to its specs in the datasheet. It is suitable for 5V applications.
