Hi Sir,

May I learn from you do we have similar solution like TPS63020  can support bi-direction function and support Vin: 1.8V~14V and Vo: 1.8V~14V?

    Hi Edward,

    Unfortunately, we do not have a buck-boost devices with such voltage ranges. The closest we have is the TPS63070 with Vin=2-16 V, Vout=2.5-9V. Can you explain the application and what kind of bidirectional operation do you need?

    Hi Edward,

    Without explaining the application and the requirements (input/output voltage, load profile etc.) we cannot really suggest anything.

    In general, any other synchronous buck-boost converter with reverse current limit can be used instead of the TPS63020. But for the voltage requirements from your first post, I couldn't find any device that could replace the TPS63020 in a classic supercapacitor backup circuit like the PMP9766.
