HVP-Flyback controller for 138W solution

Please use the link below to filter out the best design. We need to understand more about the design in order to provide the best-suited solution (output current, a target application, switching freq,  PSR/SSR any preference?, )

If efficiency is a concern PFC is the best way of moving forward. However, the link below showcases all the flyback reference designs.
