the TPS2549 is TPS2549-Q1 EVM to do test.

In pass: customer monitor can identify phone connect.

In fail: Customer monitor can't identify phone connect.

Please you kindly provide suggestion

Hi Steven,

Have you set the TS3USB3000 correct ? Is the TS3USB3000 be enable ? 

If you can provide the DM_OUT ,DP_OUT , IBUS, VBUS  waveform for analysis is helpful. How  you set the tps2549 mode , in CDP or SDP ?
