TL7700: The spec of Vcc vs Vs

Part Number: TL7700

Dear Technical Support Team,

Is it possible to use the datasheet specification(min/max) of Vs(Vcc=3V) for any Vcc voltage such as Vcc=5V within absolute max?

Datasheet has only Vs spec for Vcc=3V. So I'd like to know Vcc vs Vs specification.

Best Regards,

ttd

  • Hi

As shown in the block diagram VCC is used as a supply to reference for sense comparator .

The line regulation accuracy of this reference with supply (VCC)variation will be within the accuracy spec of the Sense pin. So you can use same threshold of Sense pin for full operating range of VCC.

  • Hi Trailokya,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand that I can use Vs(25℃:495~505mV、-40℃~85℃:490~510mV) of datasheet within any Vcc operation spec.

    Best Regards,
