Hello,

I recommend using the LM25145 42V controller for this application as it has a low minimum off-time spec of 140ns. This is required to achieve a high max duty cycle such that Vin can operate close to Vout and obtain low dropout operation.

There is an Excel quickstart file available in the product folder under "Design nd Development" to assist with component selection.
