are there plans to have TPS3839G25DBZR in wider T range variants? (current device is up to 85C ambient).

    Hi Bart,

    There are no current plans to extend temperature range currently, but I recommend taking a look at the TPS3840. This device also has nano-Iq and it is a recent release with improvements for our devices.

    If 3 pin simplicity is required without /MR, consider looking into the TLV803E.

    Both of these devices support up to 125 C.
