Hi Support team 

What actions will the ISO5852S take when triggering temperature protection?

Is the Vcc2 pin constant current? If the temperature is increased, is the Vcc2 pin still flowing inward? Does the impedance of the Vcc2 pin rise?

    Hi Red,

    The ISO5852S does not perform temperature sensing or temperature protection. If you are looking to sense temperature through the driver, take a look at UCC21732.

    For the thermal characteristics of the input pin, VCC2, please see Figure 22 which shows the VCC2 supply current over temperature data.
