UCD90160A: Re sequencing after shutdown due to fault response

Part Number: UCD90160A

Hi,

I am trying to use fault response feature in power sequencer and i am able to shutdown all rails after a fault occurrence in a power rail.I need to re sequence the board after the fault is cleared ,but i am not able to do it ,though i am enabling re sequencing in fault response of the power rail.Is there anything that i am missing in procedure to re sequence the board.

  • Hello

In order to have resequencing working. the following must be set and met:

    1. the fault response of the faulted rail shall have shutdown(either immediately or delay one) + resequencing. we do no not recommend enable retry since resequencing will not start until the retry is exhausted.

    2. the other rails that need resequencing are configured as the fault shutdown slave of the faulted rail

    3. the resequencing only starts when all rails that need resequencing are below power_good_off threshold.

Could you check your settings or share you project file that we can help review?

    Thanks
