Part recommendation for ISSI DDR3 termination?

I need help finding a part recommendation for the following family of DDR3 memory.

I am unsure of what to look for in the ISSI datasheet to be able to to provide a recommendation. I narrowed it down to just output type, VDDQ in this case is 1.5V as shown on the first page of the datasheet. This narrows down to 5 parts in the parametric search leading me to TPS5116. Is there a reason for VDDQ DDR3 termination are all controllers. Would the TPS5116 be our best recommendation ?
