TPS92682EVM-069: TPS92518,520,682 LaunchPad Evaluation Software Error

Please verify that you have XDS110 driver installed and you are properly connected on the system.

I verified XDS110 Driver, it's installed properly.

I followed the instructions given in TPS92682_EVM_User_Guide, Upto UniFlash Programming there was no issue.

The problem occurs when I connect it to the USB port U7 on the other side of the LaunchPad. 

This is what it shows after connecting to the port7 of  MSP_EXP432E401Y.

LaunchPad always shows an Error Message regardless of port.

Please install this Emulation Software Package:  http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/XDS_Emulation_Software_Package

Then try to uniflash again.

We need to verify the jumpers are correct on the launch pad so please send us a picture of your launch pad with details on the jumpers so we can verify.

The jumper locations are correct.  Please dis-connect the 682 evaluation board and re-start the GUI...If you get the same thing then we believe it's a bad LaunchPad.
