TPS25982: Max Cout value of TPS259827

My customer use TPS259827 under Vin=24V and Cout=1200uF.
But it don't operate. I think that the thermal shutdown operat because of too big Cout.

What is the max value of Cout being able to use under Vin=24V?

Hi Yokota,

Do you have any other load other than 1200uF ?

What is the CdVdt capacitor value used.? Can you try >68nF for CdVdt.

Also please share me the schematic.

Hi Rakesh-san

Thank you for the reply.

Cout of 1200uF is total value of some loads.

They used dv/dt capacitr of 0.02uF and 0.47uF.

But TPS259827 didn't start-up normaly.

The schematic is customer's confidential information.
