UCC27212: The provided Spice model is not working

I will pull the model and see if there is the error. Which model did you download? The Pspice Transient model or the Unencrypted model?

The UCC27211 is a very similar device with a different UVLO of 8V if this will work for your simulations.

I downloaded the Transient Model, but it is not working. 

Could you please propose me any other part # for the half bridge gate driver with high current capability?

On the second message, did you mean the UCC27211 spice model is not working also, or was that referring to the UCC27212 you mentioned on the original thread.

The UCC27211 is very similar to the UCC27212 with a 7-8V UVLO.

The UCC27201A is similar to the UCC27211 with a little lower driver current. This model has certainly been confirmed for quite some time.

I so have several simulations I have run with the Simetrix simulator which allows importing spice models with the UCC27201 driver which meets your needs based on earlier comments.

Can you comment on which simulation tool you are using? I know with Simetrix, you have to be careful when you import the model and creating the symbol, the pin names sometimes are not in the correct order.

This simulation just shows the initial cycles of the driver during start up.

Hello Iman,

Can you confirm if you are running the simulation at an extreme temperature setting, or is it 25-27 deg C. Sometimes it is a good idea to have some resistance in the simulation such as R8 and R10. I may need to confer regarding the possible cause of this error.

It is normal temperature, so it should be 25-27 deg C. I tried multiple simulations and I am not able to run this gate driver in any LTSpice environment.

I have reached out again regarding the issue with LT spice. I will look to confirm which versions of spice were used during the detailed validation of the models before release. There may be something unique about LT spice.

I am using the latest version which is XVII(64bit). 

I also have problem with using the Spice model for SN74LVC1G14 Single Schmitt-Trigger Inverter which has 6 pins. 

The available zip file has different file formats with different file extensions such as .inc. lib, .sp, and .pkg, but I am not able to use it into my simulation with including any of them.
