I got some questions from our customer.

Q. Is the TPS2HB50-Q1 multi-chip module?

Q. Is the TPS2H160-Q1, TPS4H160-Q1 also multi-chip module?

This is because our customer has concern about the channel to channel short circuit.

    Hello,

    Are you specifically referring to the power FETs? No the power FETs in the die are not physically isolated from each other. However, the typical fault cases should not affect the other channels on the device except for absolute thermal shutdown.
