LM5022: LM5022 WEBENCH error

Hi TI

We simulate on WEBENCH           

Select LM5022 Flyaback           

We want to design input 10Vdc~12Vdc and output 60Vdc/2A isolated power.           

Can this specification be realized?           

The following error message appears.

    Hi Jerry,

    First, thank you for considering the LM5022 in  your design.  Webench is a very good tool but it has limitations: the model references to an existing circuit board and the power level and thermal limit may prevent the model to generate the design.  Another problem here is the Webench Vout limit to 50V.  We needs to have it opened up. 

    According to your spec, the power level is 120W, which can be supported by a flyback but it is not the most suitable topology. Of course you can still use the LM5022. 

    For your case, I am going to submit a request to our Webench team to open up the Vout limit. This may take some time, and you can check back later.  If you need design support, please contact a TI sales personnel or FAE in your region.
