Dear colleague,

Our customer encounters some questions:
1. After the battery curve is downloaded, the voltage, current, temperature, voltage, and temperature are calibrated, and BQStudio displays normally. If the current is calibrated with 100ma discharge, BQStudio displays about 160ma. But this battery curve is calibrated on other board, all are normal. Then Try to download with other battery curves in this problematic board, calibrate the current, the same problem will occur.


2. Sometimes the battery curve can be downloaded (with progress bar), but the DataMemory data read is no response. BQstudio display:"Operation failed because initial read of all data flash failed"

What causes this to happen? The first has never happened before.

    Hi Rock,

    I'm not sure what you mean here by battery curve. If it's a calibration problem, please calibrate board offset and cc offset first. Then calibrate current. You may also want to check voltage across sense resistor when there is no current to verify IR drop errors.
