BQ27542-G1: instead ev2400 any option is there for gauge communicate with bqstudio.

I am searching for information about BQ27542 ic gauge communication with bqstudio. because my pc does not detect this ic . my ic is connected to i.mx6 solo dual's i2c port. and i does not want to use EV2400 between bqstudio of pc and fuel gauge ic of I.mx6 solo dual. i need the another way to detect ic through pc without using EV2400.

Please give the any other option in descriptively.

Hi Mangal,

The other device is the ev2300 but that is obsolete.You might be able to get one from digikey or 3rd party website. Alternatively, try using a pc with windows 7, as I don't see why your ev2400 and bqstudio wouldn't work. I use ev2400 and windows 10 and it works just fine.

I not want to use ev2300 or 2400. But I want to make my own hardware which help to detect bq27542 by bqstudio please help me to make that Circuit and also tell me which interface code I need to write
