TPS562201: TPS562201 Vout issue

Hi,

TPS562201 Vin: 4.5-17V, Vout: 0.76-7V. And duty cycle is 75%, so why Vout can't reach to 17V*0.75=12.75V? what restrict the Vout? 

And Vout=0.768*(1+R1/R2), what if R1=100k, R2=10k, then Vout= 8.44V, will this cause any problem?

    Hi, Mason

    For D-CAPx architecture, there is ripple injection circuit in the internal circuit, it needs Vout < 7V, it is limited to input range of comparator.

    When Vout is bigger than 7V, it will cause stability issue.
