I want to use BQ77905 protection ic for 5 series cell I read the datasheet its rage is for OV 3 to 4.5V and for UV 1.2 to 3V Can I use it for the range (OV 3.65 AND UV 2.5V).

Please guide me

hello sir

in BQ77915 3-Series to 5-Series Stackable Ultra-Low Power Primary Protector datasheet, it is mentioned the range of (overvoltage 3V to 4.5V ) AND (Under-voltage range from 1.2V to 3V)

but im unable to understand why this range is mentioned can we use this range sir

Those values mentioned are used for when we are defining a new part. This is the possible range for the product family.
