CSD17573Q5B: CSD17573Q5B

Part Number: CSD17573Q5B

Hi,

I am trying to use pspice model of this part CSD17573Q5B. But when I run the simulation I am getting an Unknown parameter error:

**** RESUMING testfets.cir ****
.END
---------------------$
ERROR(ORPSIM-16015): Unknown parameter.

Please help to correct this problem

  • Hi Daniele,

Thanks for the question. What simulation tool are you using? All of the PSpice models we post on ti.com are encrypted. We don't post or publish unencrypted models on public websites or forums. Some simulation tools do not work with encrypted models. Also, we've had some cases where our model was not compatible with a particular simulation tool. Please provide more details and I'll see what I can do to help you resolve this issue. I can send you the unencrypted model via private message if necessary. I'll send you a friend request which allow me to send it to you.

  • Hi, I am using Cadance pSpice 17.2. The TI pspice model has a problem with an Undefined Parameter. For this reason pSpice cannot run it. Can you please find out which one is the undefined parameter and correct the problem. If you have Cadance pSpice, maybe you can try simulating a simple circuit with this model and see if you are also getting an error.

    Thank you

    Daniele

  • Hi Daniele,

I'll take a look at the model today and get back to you shortly.

  • Hi Daniele,

Thanks again for your interest in TI MOSFETs. We believe we may have a minor compatibility issue between the older version of PSpice used to generate and encrypt the model you're using. The unecrypted model works fine with 17.2. I will send it to you in a private message and close this thread.
