LP8860-Q1EVM: Current Measurement on EVM: need support on Config to ensure homogenic backlight at different temps

Hi!

My customer is using our EVM and measures at different temperatures (0-60) different output currents (150-88mA).

That would result in different brightness in the end right?

How could that be resolved?

Is that something you could configure?

Hi Marion,

LP8860 has thermal de-rating function.So you should check :

1) the temperature(0-60) is ambient temperature or die temperature

2)do you connect the external TNC connector

the result may trigger by its thermal de-rating function
