Hi,

We followed EVM circuit to build ~ 20 pcs of PCB. Among them we see some PCB got failure in wakeup.

The symptom is that when pull WAKEUP pin high, it does not wake up the BQ76PL455A-Q1 and also we see abnormal high current 80mA~140mA.

Which portion of the circuit should we improve ?

Can you provide more information on the schematics and what changes were made to the existing reference design? Also how many show the issue vs. do not show the issue?
