TPS61022EVM-034: We modify the EVM for 3 ~ 4.1V input and output 4.26V, however the efficiency is not good, can you help review our circuit ?

The efficiency shouldn't be so low. 

For efficiency measurement, make sure measure the Vin, Vout on the EVM with DMM, do not read the screen of power supply and electronic load because the long cable will has power loss.
