300Vdc input dc-dc converter

Hi,

Can you point me in the right direction?  What ic is best for a high input voltage dc-dc converter with minimal pcb area?  I need to take a 300Vdc input and convert it to 30V (or better yet, 15V).  Is there an ap note/reference design I can refer to? The power range is about 3 Watts.
