UCC2818: about the I(IAC) exceeds 500uA.

Guru 11165 points

Hi team.

I'd like to know what the behavior will be when I(IAC) exceeds 500uA.

According to data sheet.

It said ''for the UCC381x, the maximum IIAC current is approximately 500 μA. A higher current than this can drive the multiplier out of its linear range.''.

1. Is 500uA the minimum value? Is there any variation?

2. Do you have any data when it is out of the linear range?

Sincerely.

Kengo.
