CSD18511KCS: simulate pspice model in tina-ti

Hi,

i want to simulate the CSD18511KCS in tina-ti but in the pspice zip file it was only a lib and olb file and the lib is encrypted as i have understood.

How do i import it into tina-ti?

Hi Erik,

Thanks for your interest in TI MOSFETs. You will need the unecrypted PSpice model to import into TINA-TI. Unfortunately, we do not post or publish unencrypted models on public websites or forums. I will send you friend request and as soon as you accept it, I can send you the unencrypted model in a private message.

Hi Erik,

I sent you the unencrypted model along with a link to an app note on how to import it into TINA-TI. I am going to close this thread. Please let me know if you run into any difficulties.
