BQ40Z50-R2: Wake up from shutdown mode

Hi,

We are using shutdown MAC command sending twice in the seal mode, But the battery pack is waking up after some time in the system.

To analyse this we have send the batteries to ship mode through battery management studio (EV2300), and try applying voltage externally. The pack is waking up from the shutdown even  with 6V  applied at PACK voltage(battery is 4S8P), As we have set the Charger present threshold is 14V.

Please help us in this are we missing any setting other than charger present threshold to wake from shutdown mode.
