Please notice that there is a diode from Vin to Vout inside the circuit. It means there will be some current leak to Vout side, like feedback resistance.

Actually, the spec list in datasheet is test below this condition:"EN=0, Vin=1.2V, Vou is larger than Vin" You could try again with another power supply added in Vout side.

Actually I know there is a diode between Vin and Vout;

So my purpose is that why there is a bigger leakage in special Vin like 3.04V than other Vin like 3.2V or 2.8V as I have described.

I've retry your proposal.Shut down current is really <0.5uA in different Vin, with another power supply added in Vout side. 

But in our design when EN=0, Vout could not be bigger than Vin. So the shutdown current is useless for me.

I have to care the current leakage when Vout < Vin!

Could you explain what I've described yesterday!

Unfortunately, we didn't do the validation for the situation you mentioned. May I know the purpose that you care about the leakage current?

If your system need very small shutdown current, I'll recommend TPS61099, with true disconnection. The shutdown leakage current is 0.5uA typically.

Our product works with battery.So We will have concern of current leakage.

In our design,the battery is always on even if SW is off.

The high leakage current will reduce the battery life.

Could you make a confirmation about the phenomenon I described on TI's demo board  just follow the situation I mentioned~

For your design, there will be always some current through the feedback resistance. You could choose larger resistances to reduce the consume. But it's recommended to keep the Rdown lower than 500 kΩ.

My team did the test in our lab, and observed similar phenomenon. The shutdown current increases during a narrow voltage range at approximately 3V. The maximum current is also around 10uA.

May I know is it acceptable for your system?
