    Hi David,

    Sometimes though the parameters are same, different Part number IC has different manufacturing processes, which will cause different parasitic parameter and affect its performance behavior. Of course the price is different correspondingly. Sometime the price is also affected by its demand and storage.

    I have checked these two IC, they have the electrical characteristics, you can just chose the cheaper one of the two.
