LM5119: can it be used for constant current output?

Customer wants to use a controller for 12V input, <= 3V output, with 45A constant output current. Can LM5119 achieve this? If not, do you have any other suggested parts? Thank you.

LM5119 can not be used for constant current output.

Sorry, I don't know other part that can be used for constant current output.

Customer heard that it can be used for this kind of application. Do you think it can be used with extra current loop to achieve this?
