TPS25942A: Does OVP work certainly before it turns on?

Hi Team.

Would you tell me about OVP operation of TPS25924A.

In the case of that initial input voltage is overvoltage,and that input timing of EN pin as the same time as IN pin,

does OVP work certainly before TPS25924A'S output turns on?

I worry about there is risk that overvoltage will be output above the case.

Hi,

The device has turn-on delay which will avoid the risk of reaching over voltage to the output.

You can verify these through simulations.

Thanks for advice.

THe datesheet explains that ton(dly) is typically 220us and,tovp(dly) is typically 2us.

Is the minimum value of ton(dly) longer than the maximun value of tovp(dly)?

Under any condition, tovp(dly) is much lower than the ton(dly).
